Relevant Professional Experience:

Mr. Cuestas has ample experience in the banking and finance sector. Currently President of Fundación G&T Continental and Chairman of one of the three largest financial groups in Guatemala.

Mr. Cuestas Morales was member of the Monetary Board, Central Bank of Guatemala from 1984-1985. Advisor of the Board of Directors of National Development Bank (BANDESA now owned by Banrural) and INDECA. He was vice-president of the Agricultural Business Chamber and Director of UNAGRO.

He was Director of Anacafé from 1983 to 1985, member of Comisión Nacional del Azúcar from 1984-1985. In 1999 he was the Secretary of Culture and Sports of Guatemala, and also a member of the Social Cabinet of President Alvaro Arzú.

Among his honors, the distinguished businessman of the year by the Chamber of Commerce of Guatemala in the Social Responsibility category (year 2006).
